Follow these steps to download, install, and sign in to Foxit PDF Editor. You will start from your Foxit account, download the installer, run it, and activate the software by signing in.
Go to foxit.com and click your profile icon (the colored circle showing the letter D) in the top-right corner of the page.

In the menu that drops down, click Plans & Products.

Select My Apps from the left-hand menu. Here you will find the PDF Editor downloads for Windows, Mac, and Cloud.

Under PDF Editor Windows, click Download, choose Windows 64-bit, then select the exe file. Click Save to download it. (Mac users: choose the Mac card instead.)

Once the download shows as Done, click the downloaded .exe file to open it.

Windows will begin preparing to install. Wait a moment for the setup wizard to load.

When the Welcome screen appears, click Next to continue.

Select Typical (recommended for most users), then click Install. Keep clicking Next or accept the defaults if prompted for anything else.

When you see Setup Wizard has completed, leave Launch Foxit PDF Editor checked and click Finish.

Foxit will open and show that you are not signed in. Click Sign In and log in with your Foxit account to activate the editor. You're all set!
